Orders can be cancelled or changes can be made so long as the the items have not yet been shipped. In the case of personalized items once it is made it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed. You are accepting of this policy when you order it.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.
Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
